Shipping policy


At inQue.Style our goal is to offer you the best products and services.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Most orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 days after the order is placed. 
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. USA delivery usually takes about 5 - 10 business days. Shipping to Canada and U.S. Territories is usually 10 - 15 business days (depending on the destination).
    Destination tracking is available.

    SHIPPING COSTS

        • USA orders shipping fee: FREE
        • Canada shipping fee: $19.99 
        • International (Rest of World) - Calculated at Checkout (UPS/USPS)

        NOTE: Large & Heavy décor Items are not shipped internationally, these include: 

        wall art, rugs, accent figurines, statues, tables, desks, chairs, shelves, storage cabinets, utility carts, comforters, duvets, etc.


            International Buyers Notice
            We would like our international customers to know when shipping orders internationally there may be additional charges incurred when the order is processed through customs. Charges such as import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges are assessed by the receiving country's customs office and are determined by the listed value of the package. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the delivering shipping company. Please do not confuse these with shipping charges from inQue.Style, LLC.

            Note: we do not offer refunds for customers' refusal to pay international customs fees. Please consider any international customs fees, if applicable, before purchase.

            Delivery Packages: multiple item orders may deliver in separate packages. 



            Shipping Restrictions 

            • UPS, DHL, and FEDEX do not support APO & PO Box addresses delivery. 

            Note: Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner/courier, we have no control over delays they might encounter during the shipping time frame.
