Yes, there are times some items will sell out. Out of stock items are typically restocked within 15 days or removed from the store if discontinued. 

At the time an order is submitted, itis automatically sent to our fulfillment team. Because this process occurs quickly, we are not able to modify or cancel orders once submitted. Please be sure to review and confirm your orders before submitting.

No, we do not include receipts or invoices in the packing of the products. 

Currently, we do not offer private label or branding services.

Our products are shipped through USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, and 4X Express.
