We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free return policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days of the purchase. Simply contact our customer support team, and we will guide you through the easy return process to make sure you receive the assistance you need promptly. In the event the circumstance cannot be resolved through replacement, we will issue a refund or exchange. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders. All approved returns are shipped to our USA address, please contact support if you have any questions or concerns.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
At the time an order is submitted, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment team. Because this process occurs quickly, we are not able to modify or cancel orders once submitted. Please be sure to review and confirm your orders before submitting.
RETURN FOR REFUND PROCESS
All returns must be received within 30 days* of delivery (customer pays for return shipping). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE
If your item is too small or too large, we offer a one-time courtesy, postage paid return, for the item that will be returned. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Circumstances ELIGIBLE for Refund or Exchange
- Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
- Incorrect size/color.
ALL RETURNS MUST
- Have NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care.
- Have NO damage or stains.
- Must not be compromised by perfumes, colognes, or other fragrances.
- Items with tags, must have all tags attached.
Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will protect the item(s) from damage while in transport.
HOW TO RETURN

Please include the following information within the return request:
- Order number
- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Return reason (i.e., too small, too large, etc.)
RETURNED PACKAGE
Please do not return directly to the address listed on the original received package. The appropriate return address will be provided through our return center. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier tracking number.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your item(s) at our facility. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to process the return.
Products that are NOT ELIGIBLE for Return:
- Swimsuits, Bathing Suits
- Undergarment items (panties/shapewear, underwear, boxers, bras, socks)
- Facemasks / Face Gaiters
- Items received through giveaway promotions
Restocking Fees
Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%, including shipping fees.
