Return Policy

Our goal is to provide you with an excellent service experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to assist you. Once your order is received, please review the order as soon as possible. If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt of your order.

    In the event the problem cannot be resolved through replacement, we will issue a refund or store credit.
      The provisions outlined within this return policy apply to all products sold directly on this site. This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.


        All returns must be received within 30 days* of delivery (customer pays for return shipping).


        If your apparel or shoe item is too small or too large, upon purchase of the corrected size, we offer a one-time courtesy, postage paid return, for the item you are sending back. We will issue a refund for the original item once the item is received.

        If a refund only, is preferred, then the return for refund process applies (customer pays for return shipping).

        Circumstances ELIGIBLE for Refund or Exchange

        • Faulty items damaged/broken upon arrival.
        • Incorrect size/color.


        • Have NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care
        • Have NO damage or stains
        • Items with tags, must have all tags attached.
        • Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

        HOW TO RETURN:

        To initiate a return, please submit your request through our return center:


        Please do not return directly to the address on the received package. The appropriate return address will be provided via your support ticket.
        Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier with tracking number.

        Return Processing Time

        Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow 2 - 3 business days to process the return.


        Once orders have been submitted, they cannot be changed or cancelled.


        All customer specific personalized item(s) (i.e., logos, names, sayings, and customer provided design) are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for return (however, we will do everything we can to assist should an issue occur).
        Items purchased as a Final Sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

        Products NOT ELIGIBLE for Return (for health & safety purposes)

        • Swimsuits / Swimming Trunks 
        • Bodysuits
        • Facemasks / Face Gaiters
        • Jewelry Accessories

        We do not offer returns for items purchased through third-party retailers

        • Please contact that retailer regarding any return and support requests

            Delivery Circumstances NOT ELIGIBLE for Refund

            • Wrong address provided by customer / no consignee
            • Invalid contact information provided by customer
            • No answer to delivery calls or emails
            • Didn't collect package by the deadline
            • International orders, customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/ complete customs clearance

            Only item(s) purchased directly through the site can be returned according to these policies. Products purchased through third-party sites, must adhere to the refund and return policies for those sites. If you purchased your item(s) from a third party website or retailer, please contact the third party vendor to process your return.
