Return Policy

If for any reason you decide the items you received are not right for you, they can certainly be returned for a full refund Hassel-free!

The provisions outlined within this return policy apply to all products sold on 

Return Process

Items purchased from can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date (Customer pays for return shipping)

To receive a full refund, items MUST be returned with:

  • NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care
  • NO damage or stains
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded. 

Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email at with your order number, the reason(s) for your return.

Returned Package
1. Please don’t return directly to the address on the received package. The return address will be provided via your support ticket.

2. Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier.

Returns Processing Time & Fees

Once we receive your item(s) at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for processing your return and an additional 2-5 business days to receive your refund. Refunds will in most cases be issued to the same account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement (Paypal refunds will be transferred immediately).


We currently do not support exchanges. If you would like to modify an existing order please contact Customer Care via email at to cancel your order if it has not been processed or to initiate a return of your unwanted item(s) and then place a new, separate order for your desired items.

All Sale Item(s) are final and not eligible for return.

Items Purchased from Third Party Retailers

Only item(s) purchased directly from can be returned to If you purchased your item(s) from a third party website or retailer, please contact the third party vendor to process your return.

Shopping points will not be refunded for free orders or giveaways.
